Order
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 6 designs, and each design is ordered in packs of 8 units. This means your order must contain a minimum of 48 units in total.
Can I choose my own designs?
Yes. You can select the designs you want from the collection yourself, so the assortment fits your store and your customers.
You can also choose a ready-made display with our most popular designs if you want a quick and easy start.
Can I order multiple packages of the same design?
Yes. You can order multiple packages of the same design. All designs are delivered in packages of 8 units, so you can order 8, 16, 24 units, or more as needed.
How does reordering work?
You can continuously reorder the designs you need. The minimum order is 6 designs of 8 pieces per order, so you can easily replenish your display with the best-selling motifs.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at salg@incado.dk if you wish to change or cancel an order. We can usually help as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Display
Does it come with a display?
Yes. When ordering 24 or 48 designs, a free display is included. Simply add the desired display to the cart along with your designs.
If you want a quick start, you can also choose a pre-made display with our most popular designs.
Which displays can I choose?
We offer two types of displays:
- Single-sided display – suitable for placement against a wall or on a shelf
- Double-sided display – ideal for floor placement
Both displays are designed to present the collection in a clear and inspiring way.
Can I order a pre-made display with designs?
Yes. You can choose a pre-designed display with our most popular designs – a simple solution that makes it easy to get started quickly.
Can I assemble my own display?
Yes. You are free to choose from the collection's designs and can put together a display that suits your shop and your customers' preferences.
How do I replenish my display?
You can continuously reorder any designs you are missing to keep your display updated. The minimum order is 6 designs of 8 pieces each per order - a total of 48 pieces.
Delivery
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually processed within a few business days. The total delivery time depends on the destination and is typically 3–7 business days.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
If your country is not on the list, please feel free to contact us at salg@incado.dk – and we will look into the possibilities for delivery to your region.
How is shipping calculated?
Get free shipping when ordering a minimum of 6 designs of 8 items each – a total of 48 items. A flexible solution that makes it easy to assemble your assortment.
Returns & complaints
Can items be returned?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns are at the customer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.
What do I do about damaged goods?
If an item is received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at salg@incado.dk with your order number and pictures of the damage so that we can process the claim.
For visible transport damage, we recommend that the damage is noted upon receipt with the shipping company.
What do I do about incorrect deliveries?
If an order contains incorrect items or is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at salg@incado.dk with your order number and a brief description of the problem, so we can find a solution.
